Now, this juice is a skin superfood. And it contains many of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and health building compounds that support healthy skin.

Skin needs lots of minerals. 
And what is happening with our liver is also very much associated with how our skin looks. 

So if our livers are backed up and they're not detoxifying properly, and there is some stagnation in our liver because we're not getting the correct compounds required to detox optimally.

Then this can show up in our skin. So the great thing about this juice is, it has lots of the different compounds that are supportive of liver detoxification.

How To Make Fresh Green Juice ?

Now let's get into the recipe, in our green juice recipe we're going to be use -

Organic Celery
Organic Parsley
Organic Dandelion Greens
A Whole Organic Lemon
Organic Cucumber
Little Bit Of Organic Ginger

Now some of the specific compounds that are healthy for our liver.
They are contained in these veggies are - B vitamins, lots of mineral-based antioxidantsselenium. 

Which is a forerunner for glutathione generation, which is the ace cell reinforcement in our body and also sulfur-rich vegetables?

This is our dandelion greens which are full of sulfur and very healthy. Now we are going to juice these veggies in a juicer.

I love my fountain juicer you can also get a slow juicer, but I find this fountain juicer is easy to use. Because I don't have to chop the veggies up into small pieces and it's just speedy.
So let's get juicing.

All right now I'm just going to pour it into a jar, and it is going to be quite strong. 
So I'm going to add a little bit of extra filtered water. 
Then I'm also going to put some pink Himalayan sea salt on top which I like very much.
A little bit salty tastes really good and it is also going to add some extra healthy minerals.

You can add full lemon without peeling.
And the great thing about adding a whole lemon is that most of the vitamin C is actually in the peel. 
It' is really easy to add the whole lemon in our fresh green juice. You have to drop it into the juicer, and it gives the juice a nice lemony flavour.

Now let's give it a taste delicious. I drink one of these every day it is a little bit spicy, but it's delicious. 
It is really hydrating. 
It is full of minerals. 
It is fantastic for your skin.
